Help for your PIP2 claim form: check a draft answer, plan every question in order and read worked answers for 35 conditions. Free to use, no sign-up.
Paste an answer you have written for any of the 12 activities and see what an assessor would find missing: bad days, safety, help and time. It runs in your browser, so nothing you type is sent anywhere.
Check an answer → PlannerEvery PIP2 question in order, Q1 to Q15, with tick lists, a days-a-week grid and a walking distance helper for Q14. Fill it in on screen or print it.
Open the planner → Worked examplesTwo full answers and pointers for every other activity, for 35 conditions from ADHD to stroke. Free to read, and free as a printable PDF.
See the examples →Starting a new claim? Your real PIP2 form ("How your disability affects you") comes from the DWP after you start your claim, by post or as a link to fill in online, and gov.uk says to send it back within 1 month. Read the worked example closest to your condition, plan each question in the PIP2 form planner, then run each draft through the answer checker before you copy it onto the form.
Doing a review? The review form (AR1) is a different form with its own questions for each activity. See how FillMyPIP writes your AR1 answers.
Short on energy? Writing twelve answers is a lot when you are unwell. Tell us about your health and we will write one activity of your form for you, free, before you pay anything. See one activity written free.
Yes. The answer checker, the PIP2 planner and the worked examples are free to use with no sign-up. If you want a PDF (a worked example or the blank planner), we email you the link and send a few emails about filling in the form. You can unsubscribe any time.
No. It is an unofficial planner for your own notes and it cannot be sent to the DWP. Your real PIP2 form comes from the DWP after you start your claim, by post or as an online link, and that is the form you fill in and send back.
The answer checker runs entirely in your browser, so the answer you paste is not sent or saved. The PIP2 planner keeps your notes in your own browser only. The PDF boxes send only your email address and, for a worked example, the example you chose, which is used only to pick the right PDF.
