Contact FillMyPIP

Have a question, a payment query, or a problem with your answers? Send us an email and a real person will read it.

Email us

The best way to reach us is by email at support@fillmypip.co.uk. We do not run a phone line, so email keeps everything in writing and easy to follow up.

What to include when you write

To help us answer quickly, please include as much of this as you can:

  • The email address you used when you bought or started, so we can find your order.
  • Whether you were working on the PIP2 claim form or the AR1 review form.
  • A short description of what happened, and what you expected to happen instead.
  • If something did not generate, the date and roughly the time you tried.

Please do not send us bank card numbers, passwords or any login details. We will never ask for them, and you should not include them in an email.

How soon we reply

We aim to reply within two to three working days, and often sooner. We are a small operation, so replies can take a little longer at busy times or over weekends and bank holidays. If you have a deadline on your form, please tell us in your first message so we can prioritise it.

Refunds and technical problems

If your answers did not generate because of a technical fault on our side, reply to the email you received from us and we will put it right or refund you for that technical issue. You can read how refunds work on our terms page before you write.

Before you write

Many common questions about what you receive, the £99.99 price, refunds, privacy and which form you need are already answered on our FAQ page. It may be the quickest way to get an answer, and you are always welcome to email us if it is not covered there.
