No. We never contact the Department for Work and Pensions on your behalf. We write your answers, you receive them, and you copy them onto your own PIP form yourself. Your claim stays entirely in your hands.

No, and no honest service can. Only the DWP decides whether you are awarded PIP and how many points you score. What we can do is help you describe your difficulties clearly and fully, so the person reading your form understands how your condition affects you on your worst days. That gives your own words the strongest chance of being understood.
FillMyPIP was built by Karol Slusarczyk, trading as Benefits Expert. He has spent years helping people describe their conditions accurately on PIP forms and built this tool from that experience. He is not a solicitor, doctor or DWP employee, and FillMyPIP offers guidance only, not legal or medical advice.
You receive a set of written answers covering the relevant activities on your form, each written in the first person and ready to copy by hand. Alongside each answer we show a suggested descriptor and a short private note explaining our reasoning. That note is for your eyes only and is not copied onto the form.
You read each answer, check it genuinely reflects your situation, adjust anything that is not quite right, and then copy it by hand onto your own paper or online form. You stay in control of every word before it reaches the DWP. Please only keep what is true for you.
The PIP2 is the "How your disability affects you" form you complete when you first claim PIP. The AR1 is the Award Review form the DWP sends when your existing award is being looked at again. FillMyPIP covers both. Use the version that matches the letter the DWP sent you, and if you are unsure, the heading printed on your form will tell you which one it is.
Most people work through the questions in one sitting and receive their written answers shortly after. You can then take as long as you need to check them and copy them onto your form before your deadline. There is no rush from our side.
No. You answer plain questions about your health and daily life in short notes. We turn those notes into full written answers, so the heavy writing is done for you. If typing is hard for you, keep your notes brief and we will build them out.
That is fine and very common. Living alone or managing without aids does not mean you have no difficulties. Our questions are written to draw out how you cope, what you avoid doing, and what each task really costs you. Your answers can still reflect the difficulties you face safely, to an acceptable standard, repeatedly and in a reasonable time.
It is a one-off payment of £99.99. There is no subscription and no repeat charge. The same price covers either the PIP2 claim form or the AR1 review form.
Because you receive a personalised digital product written specifically for you, your answers are prepared as soon as you buy. This means the ordinary cancellation right may not apply once your answers have been generated, in the same way as other made-to-order digital items. If something goes wrong on our side, we will put it right or refund you. The full position is set out in our terms.
Reply to the email you receive from us and tell us what happened. If it is a technical fault on our side and we cannot deliver your answers, we will refund you for that technical issue. We would always rather fix the problem and get your answers to you.
We treat your health information carefully and only use it to write your answers. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO:00014179042). You can read exactly what we collect and how we handle it in our privacy notice.
FillMyPIP is built to fill in the PIP2 claim form and the AR1 review form. It is not a reconsideration or appeal service, so it does not write mandatory reconsideration requests, tribunal submissions or appeal letters. For those stages you may want free specialist help from a welfare rights adviser, for example at Citizens Advice.
No. Your form is read and decided by the DWP in exactly the same way it always is. Clear, honest answers can help the reader understand your difficulties, but the points and the outcome are decided by the DWP, not by us.
