These terms explain who we are, what FillMyPIP does, what you are responsible for, and how our refunds work. Please read them before you buy.

FillMyPIP is operated by Karol Slusarczyk, trading as Benefits Expert, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO:00014179042). We are not a limited company, a firm of solicitors, a medical practice, or a part of any government body.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Benefits Expert. "You" and "your" mean the person using the service. You can reach us at support@fillmypip.co.uk.
FillMyPIP is a paid online tool. You tell us about your health and how it affects you, and we write a set of ready-to-copy answers for your PIP form. We cover two products:
Each product costs £99.99 as a one-off payment. There are no subscriptions and no tiers.
The answers we write are guidance to help you describe your own situation clearly. They are not legal advice and not medical advice. We are not affiliated with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) or any other government department. Using our service is not a substitute for advice from a solicitor, a welfare rights adviser, or a medical professional.
The answers we produce are a starting point that belongs to you. When you use FillMyPIP, you agree that:
You must give us honest information about your health and your daily life. If the details you give us are wrong or incomplete, the answers we write may not fit your situation.
We cannot control and do not decide the outcome of any benefit claim. The DWP decides whether you are awarded PIP and at what rate. We do not promise, and cannot promise, any particular result. Our aim is to help you describe your condition clearly and completely so that you have the strongest chance of being understood, but the decision is always the DWP's.
You agree to use FillMyPIP only for preparing your own PIP form, or for helping a person you are supporting with their form. You must not:
The FillMyPIP website, its design, and the wording of our templates and prompts belong to us. The finished answers we generate for you, based on the details you provide, are yours to use for your own PIP claim. You may not resell or redistribute our templates or the service itself.
We take reasonable care to provide a helpful service, but we provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that results from a decision made on your claim, from errors in the information you gave us, or from how you choose to complete and submit your form.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right you have under UK consumer law that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Your statutory rights are not affected.
What you buy is a personalised digital product: a set of answers written for your specific circumstances and delivered to you.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the usual 14-day right to cancel does not apply once the personalised digital content has been generated and delivered. By starting the generation of your answers, you ask us to begin straight away, you consent to that, and you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once delivery has begun.
If there is a genuine technical fault on our side that prevents your answers from being delivered, we will give you a full refund. Please contact us at support@fillmypip.co.uk and we will put it right. This does not affect your other statutory rights.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
If you have any questions about these terms or about your order, email us at support@fillmypip.co.uk and we will be glad to help.
Tell us about your health and we will write one full activity for you, free, before you pay anything.
